All our perfumes are hand-prepared in small batches with great care and precision. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered. We kindly encourage you to make your selections thoughtfully.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed for shipping, cancellation will no longer be possible.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
While we do not offer general refunds, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To ensure we can resolve the issue effectively:
Record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening your package
Share clear photos/videos highlighting the issue

Once the claim is verified, we will arrange an exchange or appropriate resolution. Note: Without an unboxing video, we regret that we cannot process any refund or replacement requests.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (only in the case of damaged or incorrect items), the amount will be issued to your original method of payment within 8–10 business days.
