1. Overview
All fragrances are crafted in small batches and dispatched fresh against confirmed orders. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes, products once opened or used cannot be returned.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product was delivered
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference
- Longevity or performance expectations
- Opened or used products
- Sale or discounted items
3. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Item
To qualify for review:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A single, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed outer package
- The complete unboxing process
- The visible damage or incorrect item
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
4. Return Window
Eligible return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Products must remain unused and in original packaging.
5. Resolution Options
After verification, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement (subject to availability)
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
All resolutions are issued after internal review and approval.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are:
- Initiated within 3 business days of approval
- Processed to the original payment method or UPI
Shipping and logistics charges are non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping (if required) will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by the laws of India and aligned with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
