1. Overview

At Bois et Fleurs Parfums, every fragrance is crafted in small batches and dispatched fresh against confirmed orders. Due to the personal, intimate, and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.


2. Return Eligibility

We Accept Returns Only For:

  • Products that arrived damaged during transit
  • Incorrect products delivered in error

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Personal fragrance preference or dislike of scent
  • Subjective performance expectations (longevity, projection, sillage)
  • Products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with
  • Sale items, discounted products, or special promotions

3. Video Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

To qualify for any return claim, you must provide an uncut, continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.

Video Requirements:

The video must show, in one continuous recording:

  1. The sealed outer package (courier packaging intact)
  2. The complete unboxing process from start to finish
  3. The visible damage or incorrect item clearly shown

Important:

  • Video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • The video must be unedited and filmed in a single take
  • Claims without valid video proof will be automatically rejected

This policy protects both you and us from fraudulent claims and ensures fair resolution.


4. Return Window & Conditions

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • Products must remain completely unused
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • All seals, labels, and accessories must be present

5. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact us at contact@boisetfleurs.com or WhatsApp +91 7617 7617 37 within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Submit your unboxing video (via email, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or WhatsApp)

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days.


6. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will arrange return pickup or shipping at no additional cost to you.

You will not be required to pay for return logistics on eligible claims.


7. Resolution Options

After verification and approval of your return, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement with the correct or undamaged product (subject to stock availability)
  • Store credit of equal value for future purchases
  • Full refund to your original payment method

The resolution method will be determined based on product availability and your preference.


8. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 3 business days
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
  • Bank processing time may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution

Please note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and logistics costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any condition:

  • Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested
  • Products with broken seals or missing components
  • Items purchased during flash sales or promotional events (unless damaged/incorrect)
  • Custom or personalized orders (if applicable in future)

This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of India and complies with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
