1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Many of our perfumes are crafted, packed, or finalized against confirmed orders.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details once your order is accepted.
3. Courier Partners
- We ship orders using Shiprocket, selecting the fastest and most reliable courier partner available for your delivery location.
- Courier partner selection is automated and may vary depending on serviceability and delivery speed.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier operations:
- Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: Approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch
Remote locations may require additional time.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Orders may be marked as undeliverable or returned (RTO) due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Incorrect contact details
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery
In such cases:
- Re-shipping may incur additional charges
- Refunds, if approved, may exclude shipping costs
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Bois et Fleurs Parfums is not liable for delays beyond dispatch.
In cases of extreme delay, a refund may be considered only after the parcel is returned to us.
8. Damaged Packages During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the parcel if visibly tampered, wherever possible
- Record a single, continuous unboxing video immediately upon delivery
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video, as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
