3. Products & Descriptions
Bois et Fleurs Parfums offers made-to-order, hand-crafted perfumes, each formulated individually at the time of order. While we strive to describe our creations accurately, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, images, or content are free of errors or fully reflect individual perception or skin response.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Orders, Payment & Production
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Production Timeline: As each fragrance is made-to-order, please allow several days for crafting and preparation before dispatch.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this period, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke and personal nature of our perfumes, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
We will only consider an exchange if:
An incorrect product was received, or
The item was damaged in transit.
To qualify for an exchange:
You must submit an unedited, real-time unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package, shipping label, and contents.
This video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
If the evidence is verified and accepted, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method within 8–10 working days, at our discretion.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within India only.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.boisetfleurs.com — including but not limited to images, product names, formulas, descriptions, packaging concepts, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bois et Fleurs Parfums. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or purchase of our products shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
